10 Ash Road
I lived in a property owned by this company from September 2013-September 2014. They were never efficient at getting things fixed, we had to ring or email several times before they even considered getting anything fixed. When they did send someone round, they didn't let any of us know so we were surprised when a stranger had let himself in our house with a key they had given him. Our boiler was about 40 years old and they had to fix and replace old parts several times. They didn't give us 24 hours notice of house viewings for new tenants. When we did ring them, the staff were often rude and unfriendly, there was no communication between any of the staff members and Mr Aston so every time we rang up to ask when something would be fixed, they all claimed they knew nothing about it. Really poor communication. They gave us an unfair breakdown of the deposit we would get back and charged us a £60 kitchen clean even though we left the kitchen and the whole house spotless, it was disgustingly dirty when we first moved in.
