in respone to robert above, unfortunatly you are the latest in a long line of people these people hav ripped off. the company is astor (bristol) ltd they use various trading names, prestige cars, drive away, volks hanham,motortrust etc etc, the registered owner is a Mr S. O'mahony as a quick search will show you. Im one of many with a CCJ against one of these trading names, mine being to the tune of £2800. However now we are aware of their game they play the net is starting to tighten. you will unfortunatly have to pursue this through the court system as i have, however, when u do make sure its against Astor (bristol)limited trading as prestige cars and not just prestige cars as u will get no where chasing a trading name only as they change it regulary to aviod the law. good luck...

STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS
AKA Prestige Cars of Bristol Please stay away from this company, I was lured to see a car which they said was immaculate, had good tyres and wheels . When I got there the back 2 tyres were barley legal, the wheels were all kerbed and the wing mirror indicators were water logged and had to be replaced. But thats just the first part of the lying. I part exchanged my car and they received £7990 from my new finance company, but 22 days later they have not settled my old finance of £1805 as per the agreement. I have been chasing them and have been told twice a cheque is in the post, it was paid by BACS today and they have stalled every day for 22 days. This is causing me great distress and I have already received a default as I am now being chased by my old finance company to continue paying even though the car was sold 22 days ago. Oh yes and also they have stared abusing me on email calling me Mr F&%$£er.. In 35 years of buying and part exchanging cars I have never been treated so badly and had such bad customer service. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional and liars, why would you buy from them?
