Very good overall service
We have just had our 20-year-old boiler replaced by a new condenser boiler by Astral. It's early days but my overall impression of Astral has been very positive. They did the work quickly (2 days) and comparatively cheaply (under 3 grand for boiler and some other minor jobs, where other companies quoted us well over 3 grand just for the boiler). The guy who runs the company has some of the best customer service skills I've ever come across, but seems genuine with it, and gave us accurate information. My only minor gripe was that it would have been good to have been forewarned about the unsightly new pipework that has been fitted to the new boiler (a necessity, not poor workmanship), and been given a price that included boxing in of pipework and electrical cables as an option. Apart from this though, I would highly recommend Astral.
