I came to the salon as a new client and have to say as I walked in I was instantly greeted by happy, helpful and friendly stylists, they couldn't do enough for me. I had a cut and colour and was delighted with the result and it was exactly what I wanted. After having been to the salon several times and every time receiving the same EXCELLENT service, I find it hard to believe that the above review is talking about the same salon. I would highly recommend it and know a few of my friend have already been and would agree. Don't just take my word for it go and experience it for yourselves....

beware
I visited this salon for a cut and half head of highlights based on an offer via groupon. If anyone else has booked this offer ask for a refund! The hairdresser was brusque and impolite and needs to learn how to handle clients hair in a less aggressive manner. The highlights were too severe and I was asked to pay for their " toning down". ....they now have a slighty green tinge. The toning solution was left on the lobe of my ear and subsequently caused a burning senastion and redness. Only one side of my fringe was cut leaving it lopsided. The whole exeperience was less that pleasant and I couldnt leave the salon fast enough. Needless to say I will not be using the salon again but have booked to go to another salon to have my hair rectified.
