About Us
Are you looking for affordable, comprehensive and fun driving lessons in Swindon? If you are, look no further than At The Wheel.
I am a fully qualified female Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), with seven years experience. I have signed up to the Code of Practice by the DSA. I teach in a manual car with dual controls and air conditioning. I believe in teaching you to drive, not just to pass your test but to gain a skill for life. My aim is for you to pass first time. I am very patient and good with nervous pupils.
I also do refresher lessons for people who have lost their confidence in driving. Recently I took out someone who gained their licence 15 years ago, due to an accident just after her test she stopped driving. She is now happy and confident driving her own car for the first time. Age is not a problem, again recently I took out a 75 year old lady who hadn't driven for many years. Due to husband not being able to drive due to health reasons, she needed to be able to drive him. She is now much happier on the road. I have also helped a police officer pass the police test after failing twice. I will fit in with your commitments, picking you up from work, home, school or college.

learning to drive with jane was a great pleasure and i would highly recomend her as an instructor, Weather you have driven before or are new to driving she makes you feel at ease from lesson 1 and im very pleased to say that i passed first time with jane as my instructor after only 12 lessons :) A* Driving school and A* instructor

Jane is a very patient instructor and gave me a great deal on my first 10 lessons. I passed both me theory and my practical first time. Jane was always encouraging and supportive if I was ever worried. I would highly recommend anyone to use Jane as their driving instructor :)

Passed 1st time
With jane I passed first time, I learnt quickly and she made sure she could fit me in whenever I wanted a lesson. I got a very good deal on my first 10 lessons. Would recommend :).

It takes me a while to get the hang of things. But with Jane being my driving instructor i passed my theory and practical test first time, it just goes to show that a good instructor gets you through. I also found it very helpful being taught by a lady! I originally started my lessons with a male at a different driving school but didn't get on very well with that. So Jane is the person to teach you to drive.
