DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We paid them thousands of pounds to redesign our garden. They would turn up late if at all. Garden seemed fine at first but after a couple of days it had still not dried and the slabs were wobbly not stuck down at all. After a phone call to Tim he promised to come out and rectify the situation a week later. A day later my husband phoned Tim again as the wood on top of the steps was not actually fixed down they had just placed it on top with nails sticking out the bottom. If my child had of fell and knocked the wood the nail would have gone straight through her. My husband was reasonable with him considering but Tim turned nasty and said he would not be coming out at all. The bricks on the steps have come away under our feet there is a hole in the retaining wall which when it rains lets water through. The slabs wobble beneath our feet. The steps are sinking into the ground. Absolutely disgraceful company. PLEASE AVOID.
