Appalling service

1. They sent a last minute email saying that we didn't make the payment causing the tour leader unecessary stress to try and find a proof of payment while travelling and managing her group. It turned out it was their mistake and we did make the payment... 2. The microphone was not working on the bus on day1 3. The bus turned up 20 minutes late on day 2. The driver said that he tried to call the office but no one ever picked up!! This forced our group to take taxis instead. 4. Day 3: After having called the office and getting a confirmation that the bus would be on thime for the transfer to the airport, the bus was again late (30 mins). 5. A feedback from the group was also that the buses were not very clean 6. Staff at the office never appologized for any of this and was quite rude and refused to compensate us.
