A monopolist who despises his customers
A few years ago when we first offered a payment terminal to our customers, we wanted to test the system for use. Having transferred tens of dollars to our own account, found that not to be transferred to our account. The money was nowhere to be found. After calling several times and mailing, nothing happened. Bank statements and their own documents that the transactions were indeed did happen, but after years, we still see no money. ... Now we also want to deliver goods to our customers home and there also want to offer the possibility to pay electronically, we submitted a request to activate an additional portable device. After 4 weeks, this is still not okay. Such long activation times are not of today.
