Here at ATTS HGV Training we can offer you a wide range of driver training services. We specialise in offer LGV and HGV training as well as car and trailer training and towing skills. With all of our courses and modules you will receive full support from our driver training specialists from start to finish including completing applications, booking tests, preparing for tests and gaining your licence. These may not seem immediately obvious, but there are many: You will be trained and Instructed by ex-Police Grade 1 drivers & Instructors, you will be a better driver/rider, with less likelihood of causing or having an accident, driving/riding in such a way as to more deeply understand your vehicle, the roads, and other road-users. Better driving/riding also means cheaper driving as you will be aware of the fuel economy measures you can take to make the petrol last longer. Building on your existing skills, you will enjoy driving/riding more, and make it a safer activity for you and everyone around you. Advanced Driving/Riding is the ability to control the position and speed of the vehicle safely, systematically and smoothly, using road and traffic conditions to make reasonable progress unobtrusively with skill and responsibility. This skill requires a positive but courteous attitude and a high standard of driving/riding competence based on concentration, effective all-round observation, anticipation and planning. This must be coordinated with good handling skills.
