DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Phoned up regarding a fault with our TV (an internal crack on the screen) and not once but twice was he extremely rude before putting the phone down on me!! He told me he couldn't fix it therefore the phone call was a waste of his time & when I called him the second time to question his customer service he told me it was because there was nothing in it for him. Awful customer service, DO NOT put any business his way if this the way he treats people. If I could give a minus rating I would.
