Disastrous customer relations
The work seems to be fine, but the way they treat customers is a scandal. They work for Health through Warmth (for the aged) and I had a gas boiler fitted for my elderly mum who lives with my disabled brother. They failed to turn up to explain to me how the boiler works, then came round to explain to my disabled brother who didn't catch everything. When I asked them if they could return and note down some instructions, they refused. (It's about a 5 minute drive from their depot) When I interrrupted the man giving me a lecture on how important it is to master technology these days, he slammed the phone down on me. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Deeply disappointed
This company came highly recommended but I have been deeply disappointed with their service. They fitted a new boiler into my house five years ago (the pipework was not done very neatly either), have serviced it every year since and now tell me that there are so many things wrong with it, that I'll have to spend ANOTHER couple of thousand pounds getting it replaced! FIVE years!! These things are supposed to last about 15... I feel as if I've been ripped off.
