I offer a holistic approach towards your fitness, health, wellbeing and positive lifestyle changes. My personal training methods offer you bespoke one-to-one advice and a personalised training programme to suit your needs, covering Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding Suffolk areas.
Reaching the individual and specific goals of my clients is what matters to me first and foremost. I believe that the most important aspect of personal training must initially derive from listening carefully to the needs of every client, then creating a bespoke fitness programme with nutritional guidance designed towards meeting those needs efficiently and affectively.
Equally as important is the communication between trainer and client to develop a trust an understanding so that along each individual client-journey, their empowerment is developed to go beyond achieving their personal goals but in some cases to increase levels of self-efficiency, the foundation for sustaining a positive control over one's own 'well-being'.
