Auto City is a family owned company that has been established since 1987 originally trading from Greenford. The Sohal family, the directors, have 32 years of experience in the motor trade,who started in Wembley in 1979.
The family, having had so much experience, is aware of the fact that for many people today their car is such an essential part of their life, that when something goes wrong its almost as if a part of them has failed.
Bearing this in mind, we do not compromise while repairing a customer's vehicle. Very positive first time experience
Being a girl and having to get my car serviced often means undelivery and overpricing. The number of times I have been ripped off in garages but not having other options is countless. However Autocity were transparent throughout, they allowed me to make informed decisions regarding what needed doing and I trusted them with my car. It's refreshing to see a company with an ethos to provide customer satisfaction, and which is run with integrity. When they were done with my car I was very happy and would certainly go back for my MOT.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I was shocked to find people on other review sites complaining of the same problem, so i am putting my review everywhere to warn people of these cowboys. Took my car in for a bearing to be changed, got it back with the steering WAY off. I had to turn the steering wheel 35 degrees to get the car to go straight. To my shock they said the car was like that and charged me to fix it. I went another time for MOT, they said it needed £300+ worth of work. I went back the next day and all of sudden it was £400, when i said someone else said just over £300, the guy said ask the other guy to do it when he is back tomorrow. They look you up and down and THEN give you a price. I took my car to another garage in the end for MOT and the guy passed it with NO faults at all, let alone £300+ that auto city claimed i needed. They spend a lot of time slagging of other garages but they are cowboys and i wish i'd never spent a penny there.

Cow boys, Watchdog should look into them!!

Took car in with one problem, got it back with another which they then CHARGED me to fix
Took my VW in twice. First time got it back with gator fixed but another problem with steering. Second time i took the car there a different problem occurred. The worse thing is they CHARGED ME £65 to fix a problem THEY CAUSED in the first place. My brand new VW never had any issues with the problems caused before it went to them. It seems they tinker with your car to make you go back for more repairs. Also different staff give you different prices. Avoid.
