Charged me £370 for a repair that they did not carry out .they just stuck on a void if removed sticker.nothing was touched inside ecu the land line phone number is 01202 684501 so you don't need to call premium rate number

Company openly admitted scam
Sent BMW ECU in for repair got it back and to be honest I don't hing they even opened it. Charged £330 sent it back and it came back blank. My car is now rendered useless. After irate conversation with the technical team who is one person JOHN, he told me to shut the F@@K up. When I said that this seems like a scam he openly admitted it was. I was lucky this time round as the phone call was being recorded............Now I have reported them to trading standards, the crime investigation unit, and taking legal action agains these criminals..............Do not touch these people with a barge pole........it is a scam.........be warned

A Con!
Sent my damaged ECU to them for repair they told me that it would need to be replaced and that they could do this for £350, the replacement arrived and did not work at all, after numerous calls on their extortionate phone line they said send it back, they returned it to me with a completely different cars details in it, took it to Ford who said that it was useless, tried contacting them but no response, so going to small claims court.now had to buy new ECU to get the car back on the road.. Steer clear of these

A Scam
This company should be avoided AT ALL COSTS, The director should be ordered to cease trading with immediate effect and banned from running ANY automotive company. He admitted to me he is nothing more than a con artist his attitude to customers is rude arrogant. Parts are cleaned and supplied with a 90 day warranty (not on the website) they aren't tested or had any parts replaced. He is playing with people's safety and lives selling so called refurbished parts that could fail at any time once fitted. I wouldn't want an ABS unit supplied by him fail at any speed causing a crash His so called warranty isn't worth the paper it written on. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE DANGER TO ANY ONE WHO USES IT NOT ONLY TO THE CONSUMER BUT TO OTHERS ON THE ROAD IN THE EVENT OF FALUIRE THAT COULD RESULT IN A FATALITY. Reported to trading standards Bournemouth who are aware of this rogue so called specialist company in automotive electronics

Rip off and dishonest
Used this company for an ABS repair for Honda CRV. Sent in our unit, as this seemed cheapest option. Autotek advise that you send in the unit, pay nothing until they have checked it, and they will then charge £55 for a diagnostics check. They did this, telephoned and said £214 for the whole repair, no mention of extra for diagnostics check, then took £279 from our c/card??? Questioned this and they more or less told us... tough, thats the price! Unit then came back, with a faulty abs centre (not original one). after many phone calls to their tech dept, at £1.50 per minute, we managed to get them to agree to take the unit back. We then received it back from them couple of days later with no explanation but a new abs centre fitted (that we had paid for). They were clearly at fault with first repair that they ripped us off for, and did not have the decency to admit this. ABS unit now works fine, but it took much longer, and more money, than it needed to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - COMPLETE RUBBISH AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES WHEN YOU DO EVENTUALLY MANAGE TO GET THROUGH TO THEM ON THE PHONE. EXTREMELY RUDE!!

Good Service
I ordered a reconditioned throttle body from this company for a jaguar It cost £370 instead of £1100 for a new one. It arrived the next day vacuum packed and looking as new. It was fited and worked perfectly. However I did not get back the £45 deposit for return of the old unit. i wrote to the Credit Control address and recived a cheque for £45 within a week.

Do not send any item to this company. They will charge you for a re-con or so call new part, and just send back the same unit with a Guarantee Void if removed sticker over the edges. Try to get a refund, well, just take a look at their reviews.

Just a further thought; In any Court Case, apply to have the claimant's name changed to Jahangir Kazem, use cases quoted on the net where collection has proved problematic to justify request.

Having been one of the few that managed to get their money back from this crook. A couple of poiters if you get caught. The guy's assets are all under his real name "Jahangir Kazem" Important if you get to the stage of using Bailiffs. His primary technique is intimidation, all of the court threats are meaningless, the counsel he sent to my case didn't even understand the problem, let alone what an ECU was. The company he quotes as having verified his findings does not exist. The killer argument in my case was that I offered to pay to have the unit examined by an independent expert under their supervision. Just a thought, every time his Solicitors are contacted it costs him money :-)

BEWARE!
We ordered a blank ECU and traded our damaged one towards the total price, the "new" ECU turned out not to be blank and so we returned it and were sent another "blank" one. This one also turned out not to be "blank", so we returned it, requesting a full refund...to no avail. We have rang Autotek a number of times (I challenge anyone to talk to a manager, they don't exist!) and any mail is to be sent to a PO Box! DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY!

Court Judgement
People BEWARE we took this company to court for supplying faulty goods, won our judgement, and the court bailiffs at Bournemouth inform us we are one of many and have no hope of being reimbursed - DO NOT TRADE WITH J KAZEM & Autotek Electronics

I have dealt with this company and left satisfied with the service. Ordered airflow meter in the morning, got it delivered next day. Brilliant! My problem was sorted out immediately. Feel grateful to the company! Thank you

Illegal trading
Beware this company will levy random 'service' charges if an order is cancelled, in contravention of the distance selling regulations 2000. They decided to keep 5% of the cost of an order that was never shipped as promised when I chose to cancel BEFORE shipment. Total theft.
