AutoDocs is a new business in Highworth. The owner has obviously been in the car maintenance business for many years and this shows in the service he provides, which has been ‘top-notch’. There is always a friendly welcome and I feel confident that any work carried out is 100% complete when I drive away. I can honestly say I trust AutoDocs not to overcharge, do unnecessary work or charge for work that hasn’t been done, which I am sure, is something some of us have suffered from in the past or knows someone who has. Unfortunately for them, AutoDocs are stuck with me as I have no intention of taking my car to anyone else in the future. It has been wonderful to find someone I feel I can rely on to do a first-rate job. AutoDocs offers all the services provided by the bigger dealers as the owner has endeavoured, since he opened, to supply a complete service for his customers.

Andy has been fantastic no problem is too big or too small. He keeps in contact about what he finds and you feel involved with all decision making steps. My car runs smoothly now! The opening hours have also been very flexible around my working hours. I would definitely recommend this garage and will be going back for my next service. Thanks!
