Taking the company to employment tribunal, due to the psychological bullying and behaviour of the company. The company informed me I was on a full time contract and 5 months in employment they inform me it’s 0hour after I inform them about the inappropriate behaviour of staff. Such as drinking, and taking drugs on the premises which flagged up as a safety concern. It also came to my attention the previous employee had sexual relationship with a 16 year old within there care, with staff members failing to see clear signs of grooming. The staff member took the child away from home while on shift and left the other children home alone. After expressing concern about the bullying from the team leader they failed to support me, and staff members then informed the children in the care home I was a gay man, I’m hope to get a negative reaction. This was due to me having a higher education and attending university while the team leader was worried about losing her position which wasn’t a surprise to me after she informed me of her criminal record of violence and also her concern over failing her social care course. Bullying continued through employment after I work hard an ensuing the best quality of care, and began to produce risk assessments and essential documents which the management failed to do. After numerous of praise from the owners for my dedication and hard work, I was informed to take a week of after informing the council of my concerns. With this they then revoked all my access to my work emails to try prevent me having any evidence of bullying and mistreatment. The company then take my work out of my folder and uses it as there own to pass inspection, although I have evidence on no work from other staff members actually getting done. Since then the company has used psychology to manipulate into not going further with my employment tribunal, by informing me I will be investigated if I continue. They also after informing me they will give me a reference, refused making it look like I’m a safeguarding concern, to prevent me getting employed. They have also made allegation which are false such as informing the police I am harassing, slander and blackmailing the company. It has also come to my attention the owner of the company was the ex mayor of Bradford as she uses to her advantage but failed to inform she actually stood down due to her being on trial for gross misconduct.
