Called out as an emergency as I returned home from work to find the boiler wasn't working. He was in the house 10 minutes, essentially took one look at the boiler and then told me it was broken. He asked for £3,500 IN CASH for a new boiler (an offer that I obviously didn't take). This experience cost me £230.
