Hi send u pictures of cooker who ur engineer who was at my home checking cooker invoice Beko g10 job 3181531 fail to take ,he was rude right from first phone call ,l told him l was at work and was told he would phone half hour before he got there ,he phone me and said that not the way we do it if l was not there 15 min he was leaving rush from work ,told him it was just to be inspected not fix he then ask me to hold cooker on side took one picture then took one more picture of one gas knob never check the rest left 15 min max ,now l been told he said l drag the cooker even as the feet are not damage and what about the 4 other gas knobs that are melted ,and now l been told l to get my own engineer out which l refuse ,l am getting in touch with trade stander and watch dog as ur engineer need should be ashamed of himself ,u will get report when watch dog get back to me
