I have had the opportunity to meet with Leel on several occasions. He provided impartial advice and assistance on obtaining a mortgage and also on critical illness cover. I would happy to use him again

Remortgage
Used Axess to remortgage 6 mths ago and they did a very good job for me. I had done some research online, but it was good to talk to a professional about other deals. He found me a great deal with Skipton, which I wouldn't have used before (thinking they are a small lender). Also got free valuation and it was mainly done be email. They did all the online submission, dealt with the lender and the solicitor.

Mortgage advice
I used them to get my first mortgage and found them to be very helpful. Specially with the time the adviser spent with me. My local bank could not see me after work so I found I could drop in to Axess in the evening. The guy / advisor I saw was called Lee or Leel (I think) He went through all the deals avaialble on the computer in front me and I was able to ask all the questions I needed to know. He seemed to be quite experience in this line of work. Would use them again.
