Recently my computer blew up, when i called Azure there was a friendly women who answered the phone and was very reasuring that it could be repaired. When the technician came to my house he was very friendly and help full and kept me informed of the progress of the repair, i received my computer back with in 24 hours fully fixed and at a reasonable cost.
