Stiffed us for a last-minute, additional 'surprise' fee of £150 at exchange of contracts - two days before Christmas. Refused to explain what the fee was for and held us to ransom. Don't bother, look elsewhere.

Conveyancing
Incompetent is the only word to describe the service offered by this online conveyancer. DO NOT USE unless you have a straightforward purchase where there is no pressure to complete in under four months. Otherwise expect a lot of frustration, sleepless nights, and probably the loss of your purchase as it has taken too long!!
