Great customer service

I recently needed some repair work doing on my SLK after a small incident involving an unseen bollard. The car was still drivable so they sent someone to do an estimate at my office and offered to collect it from my home when the time came. The lady in the office was really helpful and explained how everything would work and exactly what was involved, which is reassuring when you are giving over your car. The work was spotless and it is impossible to tell where there was a scratch and dent before (and I'm a perfectionist about these things). They also offered to polish out a small scratch on the drivers door at the same time. Better still they gave the car a valet inside and out before they returned it – I'm scared to get in now and make it dirty! Could not recommend them more, unlike some other places I've heard of.
