I asked Paul Hopper, “B-Rite”, to discuss a job. He came to look at it we discussed what was involved. He agreed to submit his quote for the work. After 2 to 3 weeks we heard nothing. I contacted him again and he undertook to send a quote in the next few days. After a further 10 days, we still hadn’t heard anything. I made many attempts to contact him, sometimes leaving messages on his answer phone, and on one occasion being told by his wife that he would ring back in an hour. Mr. Hopper hasn’t shown the basic courtesy to respond to any messages. Be warned that if you ask him to undertake work, you too could be badly let down by this tradesman.
