RUDE, WASTE TIME AND MONEY
DON'T GO HERE. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Bought a car from BVS and was initially pleased, but within first week it had many faults including faulty window, broken breaklight and flat tyre. Went back to have it fixed and breaklight not working hours later. Then the tyre they 'fixed' was flat again, leaving me stranded. Asked them to pay me for the money I had to spend on fixing that which they failed to fix and they refused, didn't even apologise, and blamed me!?

Never use this garage - especially if you're a woman
1 star is too many for these unscrupulous people, they are immoral! I purchased a Groupon deal to get my car fully serviced and a mini valet. They charged me nearly £50 extra for the new oil, which I paid in good faith. THEY DID NOT DO THE WORK! Weeks after the full service was allegedly carried out my oil warning light came on. I had to buy more oil and top up a large amount. A month later the light came on again. This time I went to Kwik Fit in Kings Heath where the guys checked my oil and said it was virtually empty and dangerous for my engine as it could have seized up, and that there was no fault with the oil light, but they suspected the service had not been carried out. A month or so later the oil light came on again. This time my brother checked it and was incensed with how unscrupulous garages would rip off women. He said your oil is black and if my filters and oil had been changed in the last few months there's no way my oil would be this colour. I then went to Moseley Autocentre, where they actually did change the oil and filter - I had to pay again for the work I'd already paid for and they took photos of the spark plugs and filters and said these have definitely not been changed at all and that the service I paid for was not carried out. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL GARAGE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN! THEY RIP YOU OFF AND LIE AND SIMPLY DO NOT DO THE WORK THEY CLAIM TO DO, WHICH IS NOT ONLY SHAMEFUL, BUT EXTREMELY DANGEROUS WHEN TO THE DRIVER AND YOUR ENGINE.

Avoid!
Paid for 3.1 litres of oil on Thursday to find out today there is none!! Also tried getting me to pay £46 for an hour labour to fix a dent in one of my rims, when asked what would happen if they could t get the dent out they advised me they would talk to me when it came to it( clearly trying to mug me off) ended up buying a brand new trim for £35. I have contacted them about the oil & have not had an apology or an offer of a refund. If it was a honest mistake I would accept it but clearly their not bothered as already had my money!!!

Ripped off by Incompetent staff
I took my car to this garage to do do an electrical check, to pin point the cause of a light which was showing on the dash- they charged me over £700 in labour alone for the hours they spent checking and still never managed to pin point the problem, I gave up on them and took the car to another garage who worked out the cause in half an hour. Incompetent staff who are very willing to rip you off and pretend to know what they are doing- Avoid at all costs!!

Hugely Over Charges and Lies
Regrettably, I am not able to give a zero star rating. I was extreme dissatisfied with the service provided as I was hugely overcharged and the critical point about the service due message being removed, which was promised, didn't happen. I was told that this had to be done by an Audi main Dealer of course was a lie because I have had this done by several garages on services who are not main dealers. In fact, it is unlawful for that to be the case.
