Poor customer service
I have had nothing but stress from this shop, I am waiting for my wedding accessories and my bridesmaid dress that I ordered nearly 5 months ago and I keep getting broken promises about when things are due in. The ladies never answer the phone , call you or return your calls. I have not had one phone call from them in all the time I have been dealing with them and if you pop into the shop you feel as if you are bothering them, it is certainly no way to run a business. Also several people I know have had similar experiences with this shop, it seems as though if you are not ordering a wedding dress with them then your business is not important to them. Steer well clear in my opinion unless you want added wedding stress.
