Babies in Waiting has been established since 2009 and now has a growing team with branches throughout Essex and London.

We are extremely passionate about ensuring that every woman feels confident and empowered during her pregnancy and especially throughout birth.

Giving birth is a life-changing event. The Babies in Waiting Hypnobirthing Course is a tried and tested antenatal program. The course teaches you how to eliminate fear during pregnancy and plan for a comfortable labour and birth.

Regular relaxation is vital during pregnancy. If a pregnant Mum is relaxed then the baby will be too which is really beneficial for their physical and emotional development. Our unique Babies in Waiting Pregnancy Relaxation Sessions are the perfect opportunity to reflect and bond with baby whilst also releasing any anxieties and boosting confidence.
