These guys don't even deserve the one star. Not only did they not do proper checks on tenants which left me with massive court fees, they also allowed 10 people to sleep in a 4 bed flat despite regular checks and loads of mattresses everywhere. Basically they turned my flat into a squat then refused to let it again taking two weeks to send my keys back with absolutely no updates. The director, Hayley, is a moron. Other staff members are not, but these people don't care at all about your property and treat clients with contempt. Avoid
