i was dissappointed in your taxi service last thursday when i ordered one for 8.30am and it was 15 minutes late making me miss the train and arrive very late for the subsequent appointment. if you cannot get to the customer on time do not offer the service. i have written to you and telephoned but have yet to receive a reply. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE unless i update this message. it uses telephone 01462 482166 and 686111
