Bankfield House is a large Edwardian House set in its own grounds on the South Lakes Peninsula overlooking the shifting sands of the stunning Morecambe Bay. Bankfield House offers self-catering accommodation for between 10- 15 people. Our Lake District holiday home is perfect for family gatherings or groups looking to explore the benefits of the local area. We are situated in a quaint village called Allithwaite just a mile from Cartmel and the Lake District National Park where people come from around the world to enjoy walking, painting, climbing, bird watching, the local hospitality of pubs and Michelin starred restaurants....and much much more!
