Aerobic classes, instructors do not check you are doing the exercises correctly, and also started the class late, and seemed more interested in exercising themselves rather than working the class members, had a gym programme done, realise I had said that I wanted to be careful with my exercises, but not being given the treadmill to do simple walking was very surprised...toilets are separate to the changing room and you have to go through a corridor to get to that has an oncoming door, no towels provided at this gy, Cafe area and seating area is nice and relaxed, Simming pool is clean, jacuzzi is powerful.
