We are a structural repair and preservation specialist offering to undertake bespoke repairs and installations in all types of properties.

We offer effective and economical structural repairs to existing buildings, remedial damp proofing, basement waterproofing and timber preservation services. We undertake work on buildings ranging from all types of homes to listed buildings and commercial premises.

Based in Manchester, we provide specialist surveys and building repairs across the North West. Directors and employees of BAR Preservation have been offering their expertise in damp proofing, timber preservation and structural repairs since 1994.

Our Team

All of our technicians have formal NVQ qualifications in their specialist fields and hold CSCS cards. All our Surveyors are formally qualified in the identification of dampness, timber infestation and decay along with other individual qualifications such as degree qualifications.

Our most recent Surveyor, Mr John Longdin, achieved the PCA 'Student Of The Year' accolade in 2010' for achieving the highest marks of any delegate during that year.
