Barker Storey Matthews is a leading commercial property agency operating throughout Cambridgeshire and the East of England. We were recently awarded the Estates Gazettes most active regional property agency in 2015 for both Cambridgeshire (for the fifth year running) and the whole of the East of England (for the second consecutive year).
We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors and commercial estate agents dealing with all sectors of commercial property including shops, industrial/warehouse units, offices, and development land. We have 13 Chartered Surveyors, several registered valuers and a number of other property professionals within our team. We offer an extensive range of property services including planning and development, property management, valuations, investment and many more.
We currently have offices in Peterborough, Cambridge, Huntingdon and Bury St Edmunds and will be shortly celebrating 25 years in 2016.

Great People, Great Service
Thanks for helping us find the perfect office space. It was just like buying shoes, you go into the first shop you find with the pair you really like, but you just have to check out all the others in case, and then go back to the first shop! I could not have wished for a more personable and friendly service than that I received from Barker Storey Matthews.
