Bartlettings are also an introducer Appointed Representative of NW Brown Insurance Brokers who offer Landlord and Tenants Insurance. We voluntarily subscribe to a strict code of conduct and working practices. We also carry professional Indemnity and public liability Insurance. Bartlettings will advertise your property with a full description, photos and floor plan, Accompanied viewings, Referencing and Credit Checks, Drafting and signing of the Tenancy Agreement, Collection of Damage Deposit and the First Months Rent, etc.

Price: One off payment of 75% of the first months rent subject to a minimum fee of £375 (No VAT)

Fully Managed Service

As Managed Rent Collection Service but will also provide an Inventory and Schedule of Condition report, Tenant Checkout service / Handling Deposit Refund, Property Inspection and Report to landlord, Manage Property Maintenance and Serving Notice.

Price: One off payment of 50% of the first months rent subject to a minimum fee of £250, Management commission 10% of gross months rent received (No VAT)
