We are a Hampshire based partnership that also offers consultancy services in the surrounding counties and London. We offer a bespoke service so we are able to do an in-depth assessment of your credit department or you can tailor a package to suit your particular needs. We are able to offer our credit control services to a large proportion of the UK as face-to-face meetings are not regularly required.

We specialise in writing and implementing company wide credit policies, instigating, analysing and improving collections procedures, developing management reporting systems and training staff in effective collections techniques.

We have combined credit management experience of over 16 years and we have worked with a large range of companies, solicitors and barristers, ranging from small/medium sized to multinationals. We have also worked with a wide range of lay-clients, from global to private individuals.

We specialise in the legal industry because we understand the complexity of accounts and credit management within this sector and the special relationship that they have with its clients. However we have also gained a large amount of experience within other industries and we can work within most sectors.

We have a thorough understanding of the different payment techniques that impact on the credit department within the legal sector e.g. Legal Services Commission, CFA's, Union or Insurance backed and Private. We attend regular training courses and seminars to ensure that our knowledge is up to date with the latest techniques and legislation.
