Do not use and waste your money

Fitted an electric shower for my 80yr mother 28/03/23 not heating up 20/04/24 so she has had it just over a year, I rang and told Chris Booth he said nothing to do with him now, to get intouch with Triton the warranty was with them. I explained that because he didn't leave the box or any information about the shower for me to register the warranty, I told him that at the time, wasn't interested then, not interested now, he told me I was talking to the wrong person and the guy who fitted it was on holiday, and he was using his phone??? Take my advice and do not waste your time and money on these crooks. There are reputable electricians out there if you look hard enough.

Not Interested in Fault Finding

Called them in to fault-find a lighting issue. After saying they "wouldn't let me down" they spent just ten minutes complaining that the answer wasn't immediately apparent then left, declaring the issue to be "impossible" and that no electrician would ever touch it without having to spend hours rewiring half the house for "hundreds of pounds". The next day another electrician calmly and methodically fixed the issue without any fuss (or any rewiring) within an hour.

Came on-time, explained what need doing and once given the go ahead was quick, no mess . Checked the system and left relevant document to certify it. Happy with service and price,2 polite guys.

Work completed at my dads was fine however trying to get paperwork of them for his insurance has been a nightmare. Over a month of requesting and still not reciever delaying my dads claim.
