BDCM is a medium size building company with the right mix of managerial expertise, qualified tradesmen and the experience and ethos to make a real difference to your project. If you wish, at BDCM we can advise on and manage your building plan through every stage of the process. Our primary focus is on domestic renovation, refurbishment and extension schemes including bathroom and kitchen installations with all the appropriate preliminary and finishing wok incorporated.
A detailed programme of works and itemised quotation will be produced so progress can be monitored during the course of the project, with regular on site meetings you will remain in control in order to guarantee your satisfaction.

The Team

We have an in-house team of dedicated and talented people from a variety of backgrounds in building, engineering and project management with of course a skilled workforce of tradesmen and fitters. Our managerial team includes a qualified clerk of works, and project managers experienced in both commercial and domestic installations. Our partners include designers and architects and chartered surveyors, expert in the field of planning permission and building regulations. Our tradesmen and engineers include bricklayers, plasterers, approved electricians, Gas Safe plumbers, decorators, tilers, roofers, carpenters and kitchen and bathroom installation experts. We aim to give you the very best in building performance, that is to say maximising your total comfort whilst minimising the total cost.
