Service was disgusting. Beautician was on the phone for 10 minutes to a friend or family member talking about a previous outing whilst I stood and waited for her then to get off the phone and tell me I had an hours wait to get my eyebrows threaded. Outraged after I traveled 40 minutes just to get my eyebrows done. If she wasn't on the phone I'm sure she would of been able to have done her job and not been on the phone there would not have been a problem.
