Water shut-off value in basement was leaking
Response time was less than 20 minutes! technician was very professional and tidy, did a great job replacing the leaky value. I would highly recommend this company based on this experience.

Clogged main drain causing sewage back up
After calling this company on a Sunday morning they arrived at our house within an hour. Our main drain was clogged causing sewage to back up into the house and also flooding our basement. He very efficiently identified the issued and cleared the clog. He explained there was a tree root blocking our drainage pipe to the sewer and our various options to resolve the issue. We would definitely call again for any future plumbing needs.

Installation of new appliances
This company installed a new washer, dryer and kitchen faucet for us. Technician was prompt, pleasant, efficient and did an excellent job. He also tried to install a new dishwasher but was unable to finish the work due to a broken part. He volunteered to come back to finish the work. His work was neat, his quote was on target and I found him to be very professional. I highly recommend his services.

Replace kitchen faucet
I have called this company for many plumbing related repairs. Most recently they came to help me isolate the source of a leak that was showing up in my basement. As is turned out, my kitchen faucets were worn out and leaking. They recommended a reasonably priced good quality set and installed it the same day. Later on I did notice that the faucet was dripping so I called them back and they came out that same day and made the necessary adjustments.

Call girl was excellent at keeping us informed of approximate times and what we needed to do. The service from the technician when he arrived (right on time) was fantastic! I will definitely recommend them!

This company has attended to my plumbing problem with speed and accuracy. They solved the problem with our toilet with very friendly service. It was great to have an appointment scheduled for the following morning. They saved me time and money.

Just great
I have been working with Scott for the last 5 plus years, so when I needed work done at my own house I knew who to call. Ken and Colin where a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions and concerns. I had them open the wall between my kitchen and family room to create a more open concept. The work looks great and I get nothing but compliments. Thanks again

Everything done the way we wanted it !
The company totally redid our basement, including gutting and rebuilding the bathroom, storage room and laundry room. They re-tiled and re-lit the hall and renovated the entertainment room. Their approach is highly professional and their work is excellent, thorough, on time and on budget. Timothy and his team consulted us and suggested worthwhile improvements to our plans in several places. They also solved problems like how to run a mass of wires behind the walls in the entertainment room in such a way that we can access them without much trouble if we need to make changes in future. They obviously genuinely cared about completing the project to a high standard and ensuring that everything was the way we wanted.

Best Quality !
We hired Ben to underpin and lower our basement to convert unusable space into a whole new floor in our house. Ben managed all aspects of permits, engineering and construction, including overseeing structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, concrete team and finishing. Our project worked to schedule and was completed as promised. We were so pleased, we had the company complete an additional project, to improve basement access, during the same time period. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Good handyman
Charlie was super reliable! I sent him a text picture of the damaged baseboard and he was able to quote me a VERY reasonable price! He is also very efficient in returning messages. I would definitely recommend him!

nice handyman service
Punctual, polite, did a great job without a fuss or any sense of overcharging. As per many of the reviews, there was a "list" of things to tackle, and I was very grateful for Charlie's professional handyman approach. He did not condemn everything to a major restoration overhaul, but tackled the problem and did it well. I will have another list shortly and look forward to inviting Charlie back.
