Poor quality and service
I really would not recommend visiting this store. I purchased a bed, only to find an hour later when I changed my mind (as I felt the bed was not worth the money) they would not refund my money. It was a sunday, the bed had gone no where, they simply refused any sort of refund. I wonder what problems you would have if you were to buy one and it was faulty a year down the line. I dont even think that they come with a warranty. Please think twice before buying a bed from here, as there is absolutely no way of going back.

Fabulous Customer Service
I had been to Dunhelm mill just next to The Bed factory and called in for a browse. I found the staff (Rob) was very helpful and wasnt in a rush to get a sale out of me as I have found at other furniture stores. He gave me chance to have a browse around and just came over to let me know he was there if I needed any help. He left me to continue browsing at my own pace and when I found the bed that I liked he was very helpful in telling me the benefits of this particular mattress. The bed was a great price so I bought it there and then. I got free delivery in 3 days and they even took my old mattress away free of charge. Lots of choice and delightful staff. 10/10
