Lied to from the start.
Paid for a mattress up front which never existed. Received a lower quality stained mattress in it's place aswell as being constantly lied to by a rude member of staff. Not exactly a happy experience. Still waiting on the outcome...

Horrible people
Worst customer service I have ever received anywhere - sent wrong matress (inferior and stained) - offered compensation and the right matress a week later..... Never even turned up - were sarcastic and horrible to me and very uncaring. Wouldn't want anybody to go through what I did with them
