Polite presentable but appalling work and dishonest
If I’d left a review immediately after Nick had finished the job I would have left a good review like some here. The bathroom did look lovely and he’s been a pleasant person, though not good at communicating issues, throughout. Funnily enough he has often changed his business name and moved around. For a 2 week bathroom refit we went away for the second week to allow them to get in with it. While we were away Nick discovered he didn’t know how to fit our shower tray properly resulting into it needing some bespoke parts to fit a strange size which he went ahead and did without discussing. He confirmed the bathroom would need flooring in marine ply and charged us £200 for this. Roll on 1 year and water pouring through to the ceiling below. A good plumber has to rip up the stone floor, through the underfloor heating to find Nick has put valves under the flooring - only accessible by wrecking the floor, and has joined copper and plastic pipes which are bursting. In the process of investigating we discover he took the money for marine ply and fitted chipboard which of course has now flown by being soaked. He had also noticed bothered with fitting the waterproof membrane under the shower base and behind tiles so the walls were by now full of damp and needed ripping out and re-tiling. Of course he wouldn’t answer any calls. The whole room needed to be refitted by decent plumbers (who were constantly shocked at the poor workmanship they uncovered) which, with the insurance process took over a year. The bathroom looks exactly as Nick left it but now it is done to a decent standard. Check his qualifications and insurance and beware of everything he does if you intend on using

Appalling customer service and didn't finish the job
Nick initially came across very well and trustworthy. So we booked him to do the job. We were concerned when he wanted a third upfront payment, but we came to an agreement. Communicating with him was terrible, he was rude and unclear in all his communication. The job took weeks longer than expected and when challenged we were told we could 'do it ourselves' Eventually he walked off the job. 3 bathrooms in one go!
We recently had Bee Bathrooms gut and start again on our main bathroom and two ensuites. Nick's enthusiasm and attention to detail, coupled with the craftsmanship of him and his team have resulted in three fantastic rooms that look like they have come out of a posh home magazine! Great job. Would definitely recommend.

Nick made a splendid job of our new utility room sink, fitting it neatly into a very awkward space: very pleased with the rsult.

5 star quality and service.
We needed a new bathroom when we moved and Nick did a great job, so good that it was the bathroom that helped sell the house!! When we moved, we needed another bathroom and again Nick came and did his usual efficient job and left us with another fantastic bathroom. He and his team are always polite, punctual and tidy not to mention amazing value for money. I would and have recommended Nick to anyone needing a plumber.

brilliant service and quality work
Our heating system broke down and Nick came down straight away late evening and got the heating going again after one hour. Toilet became faulty and again same day call out fixed within half hour. Charges....quarter that was quoted by other plumbers!!!
