Excellent Service
We were let down on Saturday 27th Aug by Thistle Taxis. We had ordered a Wheelchair Taxi for 1-15pm. Which we had booked the day before. A normal Taxi arrived and the driver did his best to get his Thistle Office to send out straight away Wheelchair Taxi. He was told there were none available. We phoned Bel -Air Taxis and had a Wheelchair Taxi within 15mins. The driver John was most helpful and pleasant. Once we got to our destination we immediately booked him to call back and pick us up at an arranged time. John arrived 5mins earl and again was helpful and pleasant. We will now be using Bel- Air for all our Wheelchair Taxi and any other bookings.
