Unprofessional

Unprofessional, insolent, and incompetent. Avoid this firm! Especially the owner Rob Belcher who was immensely petulant when he did not get his own way and was extremely aggressive. This firm struggled to file our simple accounts, they got the name wrong for the company they were filing for, they got the wrong signatures needed for Companies House, they took an extremely long time to file our accounts, and for this shambles they charged more than the agreed fee. Mr Belcher demanded cash aggressively to “avoid VAT and putting it through their books” he said in front of several of his staff, he uses his personal bank account for business invoices to be paid to him and made up a charge for moving to a new accountant which no other accountant had charged before. It is not worth the risk using them, find a professional firm of accountants for less money and transparent charging and a friendly service.
