Missing Earrings
Please do not use this salon, I left a pair of expensive earrings there after having a facial and when I rang was told that they were safely in the till waiting for me to pick them up. When I went in to get them they had 'disappeared'. The owner refused to reimburse me and then put the phone down on me.

what a rip off!!£45.00 for a 35 minute facial in a cold room... service was poor , felt like you were on a conveyor belt... dire ..
