Having visited other Bella Italia, and enjoyed them, I made my firts visit to this one last week. There was one word to describe it and that is tatty. The decor looks like it needed freshening up, and the drinks fridge was vibrating so badly I could actually feel the vibraton through the chair I was sitting on.The service was ok although they got my childrens orders wrong, and although they were happy to take them away an put it right, I'm sure our pasta dishes had been sitting under a heat lamp during the time it took to sort out, as they were a little dry and crusty on top.The other thing that put me off a little, was that my pasta came in a terracotta dish, which was extremely badly chipped. I did not feel that great having to eat out a bowl with huge chunks missing and I'm not sure how hygenic it was as the chipped bits were unglazed, and my husbands wasn't much better. I was a little disappointed by the whole experience.
