DREADFULL! 0 stars is more like it
Belle Casa are completely uninterested (except in money) and totally unprofessional. Run by incompetent people who take your money quickly but don't actually provide the service you are paying for. Like others they then referred me to small claims court.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Use Belle Casa for 2 years. Cleaners are unreliable. Comapny wont' refund agency fees for missed shifts. Company wouldn't honour their own 1 month notice period and stopped cleaners coming the day I handed in my notice. Jane Forbes (director) is completely uninterested and won't take calls, handing over to Linda (who is equally incompetent). Belle Casa (the parent company - this is a franchise) are also completely disinterested. Cannot stress enough how this company should not be used.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Please don't dismiss this review. I was with Belle Casa for 9 months - 8.5 months longer than I should have been! Completely agree with comments made by Lisa Smith. And don't expect anything like an apology when you complain or end the contract. The owners of the franchise are rude, unhelpful and as stated before are happy to take money for a service that is well below par.

Inconsistent cleaners, cleaners bringing their FRIENDS to clean, sloppy, shoddy work and appalling attitude - need I say more. And when approached about all the above don't expect an apology.

AVOID BELLA CASA WAKEFIELD
Run by totally incompetent individuals; unable to supply a suitable cleaner, yet still believe it's fine to take your money then refer you to the small claims court to try and recover your money! Avoid this company.
