About
Private tuition at home on a one to one basis. I am an English teacher with twelve years' experience in state schools, teaching English Sats,GCSE and AS and A Level. I tutor at home and in local schools as a one to one tutor in English. I teach basic skills, comprehension, literacy, grammar, reading and writing and study skills. As an example this may involve, help with revision, coursework, exam techniques, university applications, essay writing, general skills and time management. I also tutor maths at Primary level and history at Lower Secondary. I also offer tuition in Creative Writing, Film Studies, and American Literature from A Level to Degree Level. I am a member of the General Teaching Council, have a current CRB and references available.
