Do you enjoy conversing with a brick wall?

The sales process was quite a breeze, but my experience since then has been wholly unsatisfying. Craig McCracken, the agent based here, is a black hole. He never responds to any written communication. You could write death threats and he'd probably ignore them. The only way to get a hold of him is on the phone. Even if you do speak to him, his standard procedure is to promise a date and flake on it completely - no show, no call, no text, no email. How professional. Getting anything done is like pulling teeth. With a car. Which has its hand brake stuck. He hadn't even sorted my utilities before I moved in. In fact he was quite wrong about how I'd pay for them. I had to do his job for him and unravel the truth. It turns out that I had to register with the power company myself. I don't care how much Belvoir flaunts its awards. I don't care if they're deserved or paid for. None of that matters when the service I'M getting is pants. There is no way Belvoir is unaware of this agent's shenanigans. They choose to keep him, which speaks volumes.
