Simply shocking service, starting with the fact that the members of staff there are seemingly incapable of consistent communication with each other. As a landlord, I prefer to use the agency as a middle man for all contact with the tenants as this is the more professional way to manage the relationship (besides, why else do we pay a monthly agency fee?!). A simple request of mine to be passed on the tenants was completely misunderstood, being followed up with a reply from Belvoir effectively saying "we don't normally do this, do it yourself". It's hardly as though I was asking for the world. The latest escapade has involved them using what seems to be the most extortionate repairman in the world to perform a simple repair on one of the internal doors. Belvoir failed to contact us to obtain approval for the work to be done and simply went ahead and had it done, charging us a quite stupid fee. Had they contacted us in the first instance, this is something we could have done ourselves at no cost. In a nutshell - AVOID this agency like the plague!
