I use them to manage my 3 properties having once been a tenant of theirs - I know they inspected the property I lived in religiously, so I'm happy that they will do the same with the properties I rent out. As a landlord I also get refreshingly sensible advice.

They Actually Manage
Likeable people, who actually MANAGE your property, rather than charging you for management, but leaving the rest up to you.
